Electronic flow switch

Product features

Electronic turbine flow switches are sensors that measure flow or are used for quantitative liquid input. Sophisticated design, wide measurement range, and convincingly accurate measurements make G&L turbine flow switches available for a wide range of applications, with the following features:
. Constant pulse speed with almost no continuous offset
Wide measuring range, such as: 1:20, widely used
High precision measurement plus or minus 0.5% or plus or minus 1%, reliable measurement variables
High quality gem bearing, abrasion resistance, long service life
The specially designed guide plate makes the flow flow from all sides to the rotor, so the wear is greatly reduced
. It is not sensitive to peak value and can give reliable measurement variables even under harsh conditions
. There are a variety of installation locations

Measuring principle

The electronic flow switch is relative to the mechanical flow switch without power supply. The concept of the electronic flow switch is very general. There are many kinds of its principles, such as turbine type, electromagnetic type, thermal type, ultrasonic type and so on. When there is a high requirement to monitor liquid flow, an electronic flow switch is the right choice.
The core of the electronic flow switch is also the very durable flowmeter, which has demonstrated its reliability in a wide range of applications. The flowmeter provides a frequency signal proportional to the flow rate, is fed to the microprocessor, monitors a set minimum flow rate, and triggers an alarm contact when the flow rate decreases. Electronic FLOW switch set point adjustment is very easy and accurate, has a wide set point range, so an electronic flow switch can be applied to a variety of situations, with higher safety performance.

Application guidelines

Electronic flow switches can be used in the following areas: to monitor cooling water circulation loops of high quality equipment, such as laser devices or HF generators, to avoid damage to expensive equipment due to overheating. Electronic flow switches can have many different applications through simple and precise selection of set points. Electronic flow switch can not only carry out safety monitoring, but also continuously or temporarily measure flow.
