The methods of water treatment include physical treatment, chemical treatment and biological treatment.
Physical methods include the use of a variety of pore size different filter material, the use of adsorption or barrier way, the impurities in the water excluded, adsorption method is more important for activated carbon adsorption, barrier method is the water through the filter material, so that the volume of impurities can not pass, and then obtain clean water. In addition, the physical method also includes precipitation method, that is, to let the impurities with a small proportion float on the surface of the water to get out, or the impurities with a large proportion precipitation in the bottom, and then obtain. Chemical method is to use a variety of chemicals to convert the impurities in the water into substances that are less harmful to the human body, or to concentrate the impurities. The chemical treatment method with a long history should be able to add alum to the water. After the impurities in the water are collected, the volume becomes larger, and the impurities can be removed by filtration method.
Sewage treatment generally includes the following three levels of treatment: the primary treatment is that it through mechanical treatment, such as grille, precipitation or air floatation, remove the stone, sand and fat contained in sewage, iron ions, manganese ions, grease and so on. Secondary treatment is biological treatment, in which pollutants in sewage are degraded and converted to sludge under the action of microorganisms. Tertiary treatment is the advanced treatment of sewage, which involves the removal of nutrients and disinfection of sewage by adding chlorine, ultraviolet radiation or ozone. Depending on the target of treatment and the quality of water, some sewage treatment processes do not include all the above processes.
Pure water treatment process, depending on the quality of raw water.
If the raw water is municipal tap water, the general process is
Sand filter - activated carbon filter - softening (optional)- security filter - reverse osmosis - UV disinfection - water production
If it is general surface water, it should be sterilized and flocculant added before entering the above process.
If it is well water, iron and manganese filter should be added after sand filtration.
The water is purified by circulation.
Quartz sand filtration is one of the effective methods to remove suspended solids in water, and it is an important unit in the advanced sewage treatment, sewage reuse and water supply treatment. Its role is to further remove the water has flocculated pollutants, it through the filter media interception, sedimentation and adsorption, to achieve the purpose of water purification.
2. Scope of application
1. It is used for industrial water, domestic water and municipal water supply systems that require effluent turbidity ≤5mg/L and can meet drinking water quality standards;
2. Removal of suspended solids and solids in industrial sewage;
3. It can be used as pretreatment equipment in ion exchange softening and desalting system, and coarse filtration equipment for industrial water supply with low water quality requirements;
And used in swimming pool circulation treatment system, cooling circulating water purification system, etc.
